Carleton University Photo Club (CUPC) is a place for anyone with a passion for photography to connect with other photographers, improve their skills, and participate in group photowalks and technical workshops. All levels of skill/experience are welcome!

The Carleton University Physics Society, also known as CUPS hosts several events throughout the year, the most famous and prominent of which are the Pizza and a Prof events. This event entails a professor giving a short lecture about their work/ research, followed by time to eat pizza and discuss ideas/ socialize with other physics peers! Other events include study nights where study snacks are provided and upper year students give lower year students help and advice! In the past we have also done skating nights and trivia nights in collaboration with other societies!

We are a group that work together to design and build sustainable systems for waste management like bioreactors and biocovers.

The Carleton University Somali Student Association is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community that celebrates Somali culture, heritage, and identity. Our mission is to connect, educate, and empower students who share an interest in Somali culture while promoting cultural understanding and global awareness.

Drop in is our game. Boardgames and tabletop strategy games available every Wednesday on campus for students.

Carleton University Troitsky Bridge is design team recognized as the longest-standing participant, alongside Concordia University, in the annual Troitsky Bridge Building Competition. We work together to build bridges up to 1m in length out of only popsicle sticks, white glue, and dental floss! Our teams are known for our fun costumes and energetic spirit during competition. Over the years, Carleton has been given many awards for coaching and design, while also earning numerous spirit awards. Each year, we proudly send the largest delegation amongst the attending universities to Montreal for competition.

The Carleton University Women’s Legal Network (CUWLN) strives to create an inclusive and supportive network for students with a shared passion for the law and feminism. Through an intersectional approach, we strive to develop educational, equitable, and engaging initiatives to promote the success of all genders in the legal realm.

The Carleton University Criminology and Criminal Justice Society (CUCCJS) is an academic society for all undergraduate students at Carleton interested in the topic. We offer social, academic, career related and fundraising events and often collaborate with other student societies on campus.

CUHRS is a student-led organization passionately dedicated to championing, preserving, and advancing local and global human rights through education, advocacy, and active engagement. Our mission revolves around fostering an environment where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity and are empowered to reach their full potential. We have committed ourselves to nurturing a vibrant and inclusive space for students, one that encourages dialogue, collaboration, and activism surrounding human rights-related issues. By pooling our collective advocacy efforts and leveraging our diverse talents, we are dedicated to reshaping our society into a more equitable and just one.

This club is a competitive Fastpitch team that travels to other Universities to play softball. We play through the months of September and October, with the hopes of reaching the Championship weekend. We are a group of women with the drive to play competitive ball and represent our school.
