Landscape Lab is a student led club focused on the exploration and promotion of landscape design theory and practice, and its intersections with architecture, ecology, and environmental sustainability.
We are a cultural club dedicated to promoting and educating others about Nepalese culture and heritage. We aim to serve the Nepalese community here at Carleton University and foster a sound cultural and social camaraderie. We also provide a platform for Nepalese students at Carleton University to communicate with each other and the university.
North American Association of Indian Students (NAAIS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to connect young professionals and students of Indian origin all across North America. This club is a chapter of NAAIS at Carleton University, a place for Indian origin students to connect with other Indian students and alumni to ease the transition that moving away from home is. It is also a space for students to celebrate and showcase their culture and traditions. As a cultural club we host events for different festivals all year round with a mix of Bollywood movie nights and karaoke. NAAIS aims to be a home away from home for the Indian diaspora.
Ottawa Cobras is a Carleton University based hiphop and fusion dance collective with a heavy South Asian (predominantly South Indian and Tamil) influence.
The organization shall work towards nurturing resiliency within our Ismaili youth to develop strong, confident and capable young adults able to confront any challenge they may face.
