Bodies by Phil – Workout
By far a fan Fav – Phil G (the owner of BBP) will be leading us through a hot & sweaty workout in his gym! As always the class will be all-levels friendly, so even if you have no clue what a Barbell is, come check it out. The workout will be an hour but we will have 15 mins afterwards to cool down and chat. As always don’t forget your fav gym attire, shoes, and water bottle… but most of all your positive friendly selves! See you there 🙂
