The Carleton Political Science Society (CPSS) has made its mission to provide a social environment for politically inclined students and faculty. By hosting social events, CPSS aims to engage all Political Science students at Carleton University. Our mandate is to arrange social and academic activities in order to instill a sense of belonging within the Department and the larger University community. Members can benefit through our networking opportunities, academic engagement initiatives, and numerous events which aim to complement both academic and social life at Carleton University.

Carleton Pre Dental Society is an organization aimed at sparking interest for Carleton University students to pursue a career in Dentistry! Our organization provides interested students with resources and opportunities to help them along their pathway towards Dentistry. We aid in the transition with various sponsorships and partnerships with dental admission organizations and partnering school clubs.

An inclusive, non-competitive environment for pre-medical students to socialize, acquire helpful skills and knowledge, and pursue their medical interest among their peers.

Quadball is an unique, full contact sport that mixes rugby, dodgeball, wrestling, and handball together into one high paced sport. The sport is co-ed and there are multiple levels that you can play to including University level, Major league level, and National Level for Team Canada. You can travel and compete competitively around the globe playing a fun and competitive sport! We want players to learn new skills and to find joy in the sport that we all love. We hope to continue to be a competitive team in Quidditch Canada and try and take 1st place this year.

Welcome to the Carleton Quiz & Trivia Association! CUQTA is the only club on campus dedicated to trivia, and we meet twice weekly to play trivia in all kinds of topics and formats. Whether you’re into science, literature, history, memes, or anything in between, there should be something for you! Whether you want to compete in intercollegiate tournaments or just drop in on a casual basis, our club is open to players at all levels of commitment and skill. The Carleton Red Team is a group of students that enjoy designing and testing physical security including locksport. We intend to have workshops to practice locksport throughout the year.

Our society is for all BIPOC females. We recognize that there are three sororities on campus. However, there are not many BIPOC women. We have decided to create a society for women of all races, ethnicities, cultures and more to Assemble, Celebrate, and Empower. We want to make a safe environment for BIPOC women to gather and express their identity to the community that will interest all Carleton students. We hope our club allows BIPOC women to feel comfortable in their surroundings, and to allow a safe space for them to express their identity. We hope to reach all students and educate them on BIPOC women in our society, historically and presently. Additionally, it would be our wish to host fun and engaging events to fundraise to give back to the community.

We’re an inclusive community of people who play squash, providing squash players of all skill levels with an opportunity to learn, improve and make friends. We host regular casual sessions which accept both new and experienced players.

The Carleton Systems and Computer Engineering Society (SCESoc) is a society for the students of the Systems and Computer Engineering Department, which includes Biomedical and Electrical, Communications, Computer Systems, and Software Engineering. We hold a large variety of events, such as professional and technical skill development workshops, social gatherings, and networking opportunities. Our goal is to help anybody (and everybody) branch out in SCE related fields, and have fun while doing so!
