Does your club have a lot of equipment, posters, and items? We want to help your club keep your most needed items in storage.

CUSA has advocated for more space for clubs and as a result has successfully been able to provide 70 lockers dedicated for clubs that need storage. Clubs will initially only be able to receive one locker unless the number of applications received is less than the number of lockers available.

The Clubs Storage Lockers Application is now available here.  Applications are open from September 11th to September 19th, 2024. After the deadline for storage applications has passed, the Clubs Oversight Commission will review your application. Please note that the Clubs Oversight Commission will be reviewing applications based on a needs-basis, and not first come, first serve.

Please be as specific as possible with this form. The CUSA Clubs Team and the Clubs Oversight Commission will do its best to accommodate your needs. As we have limited storage space, please only include materials that are absolutely necessary for storage.
A certified club can store any club-related material in CUSA spaces, with the following exceptions:
  • No food or drink products of any kind (including chocolates, chips, juice boxes, canned foods)
  • No intoxicating substance (drugs, alcohol, medications)
  • No weapons
  • No furniture
  • No heavy machinery
  • No hazardous materials or chemicals of any kind
